About the Author
Tonia Mavrommati
Nutritionist. Holistic Dietician. Author & Entrepreneur.

Tonia Mavrommati is a nutritionist, holistic dietician, seasoned business administrator, entrepreneur, and environmentalist. But above all, she is a genuine observer of the magnum opus: L I F E itself.
At present, she is at the start of a promising literary career fusing her knowledge of science and spirit into The Holy & the Grail.
Sculpted and guided by this broader philosophy, she is a member of the historic Philological Association ‘Parnassos,’ one of Athens' oldest and most prestigious cultural institutions, alongside several local and international NGOs dedicated to humanitarian and animal welfare initiatives.
On the world stage, she also leads foreign affairs programs for the International Association for Cultural Diplomacy (I.A.C.D.), where she fosters intercultural dialogue and international cooperation, focusing on community healing and global sustainability. Furthermore, she holds a position as a Member of the Chamber of the World Philosophical Forum (WPF), a distinguished body dedicated to global philosophical research and education.
From a young age, she channeled her rebel spirit into sports, such as horse riding, swimming, tennis, and karate, but found her true calling in the strategic combat of fencing, training for over fifteen years at the renowned Athenian Club, and the relentless pace of squash, just for the beat.
“Your book is a unique mix of modern science, ancient traditions, and practical everyday tips for living a longer, healthier life. You make complex ideas feel inspiring and approachable.”
Author's Linguistic Scars
Tonia has left two permanent marks on the language itself, words that did not exist before she wrote them.
FERMENTANTS
A neologism that redefines “fermented foods” as a living continuum of microbial collaboration, epigenetic signaling, and ancestral technology.
SCARNESS
The shivering awe felt when one stands before something sacred. A union of fear and reverence, where scare meets sacredness.
